Chiropractic Clinical Faculty

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care utilizing patient care techniques and procedures taught in the core curriculum of the College of Chiropractic.
• Employ patient centered, evidence informed best practice principles by incorporating care pathway models, documented outcomes management and continuous quality improvement. Including:
• Keeping up to date and being conversant in the best available scientific evidence for the conditions and methods most commonly seen in one’s practice.
• Integrating research evidence, clinical observations and patient circumstances and preferences and effectively applying this information to clinical decision making and patient care
• Systematically using reliable and valid measurement to document and monitor outcomes of care and inform clinical decision making
• Role model and champion consensus building and shared decision making.
• Implement practice building strategies to grow chiropractic practice. This includes relationship building activities, public speaking, community event opportunities, etc.
• Attend required faculty inservices coding and documentation; radiation safety training; CPR, blood-borne pathogen).
• Participate in clinic meetings as requested.

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Licensed in the State of Minnesota
• Minimum 3 three years of clinical chiropractic experience preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Additional faculty or administrative experience is desirable.
